We often find that the litters of miniature schnauzer puppies are so cute that the people who see them find it very difficult to choose between them.

That’s why if you decide to contact us to visit, we will choose a miniature schnauzer puppy that is suited to your family and home environment.

Here are some of the criteria we will apply when homing a puppy:

  • Male/female – temperaments are similar but the female comes into season every six months unless spayed – this needs to be done after the first season – consult your vet.
  • Look for a happy, bright-eyed, waggy-tailed pup who will come straight to you and is not afraid.
  • The pup should be clean and odour-free.
  • We trim ears and bum but leave the rest to you to decide – either cutting or stripping.
  • Your puppy comes with a 5 generation K.C. (Kennel Club) certificate, eye-tested in accordance with K.C. guidelines and is veterinary examined.
  • Your puppy will need injections from your vet. At 8 and 10 weeks (sometimes 12 weeks) before taking out and the vet says she/he can mix with other dogs.
  • Your puppy will have been wormed regularly from birth to the time you take him or her home – consult your vet for future worming programmes.
  • The mother can be viewed along with the pups.
  • You can take your time when you come to view. We will not rush you as it is a very important decision to make.
  • You can visit any time from birth to when he/she comes home to you – we are just a phone call away!
  • All puppies are chipped with details of your choosing.
